Cancellation Policy

Advance Booking - All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance - Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis - Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment Session Duration - Minimum booking: 1 hour - Back-to-back sessions may be booked for intensive guidance Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy -Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment - Requests received with proper notice will receive a full refund or free rescheduling - Cancellations can be submitted through your client portal Late Cancellations and No-Shows - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of 50% of the session fee - No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will result in forfeiture of the full session fee - Technical difficulties on the client's end that prevent attendance are considered no-shows unless reported immediately Rescheduling Options - Sessions cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled within 30 days at no additional cost - Rescheduling is subject to Jeff's availability - Multiple rescheduling requests may incur administrative fees Accepted Payment Methods - Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) - PayPal Refund Policy - Full refunds available for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance - Partial refunds (50%) for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance - No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations - Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days Session Preparation - Come prepared with specific questions and materials - Have relevant documents ready for review (applications, essays, activity lists) - Arrive punctually - sessions begin at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival Confidentiality - All consultations are strictly confidential - Session recordings are not permitted without explicit consent - Written materials shared during sessions remain confidential By booking a consultation with Ivy Admissions Hacker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this booking policy.
